This past Tuesday evening, our CEO Brent  Payne was a featured speaker at Entrepreneurs Unpluggd, an intimate monthly event series featuring various business leaders from the Chicago area. Tuesday’s topic was ‘Secrets of SEO for Startups’ and also featured two local SEO veterans – Dan Olson, CEO of UpCity (formerly DIYSEO), and Rod Holmes, Partner at Chicago Style SEO.

A great crowd had assembled at the Chopin Theatre for the event, and attendees ranged in roles from developers to designers, and even a couple of attorneys. Each presenter offered unique stories of their road to entrepreneurship along with some best practices and tips for what’s important to know about SEO as a business owner. (more…)
